In the world of Business, downtime is not an option. That is why PrismNet is dedicated to keeping your service up and running. We don’t just promise reliability, we deliver it using state of the art Voice over Internet Protocol technology. In addition we back it up with a written commitment you can believe in.



Our 60-Day Service Commitment is our promise that your service will be right from the beginning. During the first 60 days after your installation, if your PrismNet VoIP service isn’t living up to performance standards we promised. We will proceed with the following:

All attempts to fix any problems will be provided and if we cannot solve all matters of concern, PrismNet will release you from you contract and reimburse you for the cost of going back to your previous provider - $100.00 per line for a maximum of $1000.00.
